Know how much you actually work.
Type or move your mouse and it counts. Go still for 30 seconds and it pauses. No start button, no editing, no account — just the honest number, every day.

How it works
Every time tracker fails the same way.
You forget to press start. Then you forget to press stop. By Friday the numbers are fiction. Focased has nothing to forget:
Step 1
You work
Typing, clicking, scrolling — any sign of life and the clock runs. There is no start button to forget.
Step 2
You step away
Thirty quiet seconds and it pauses, crediting you only up to your last keystroke. Same rule for everyone — so every total means the same thing.
Step 3
You get the truth
An honest daily total, split correctly at midnight, safe through crashes and reboots. That's the whole product.
Every day, honestly counted.
Your month as a heatmap — click any day for its whole story.

Actually private
Your sessions never leave your Mac. No account, no analytics, no screen recording — it never sees what you type, only that you typed.
Objective by design
There is no add-time button. No delete. What it counted is what happened — which is exactly why the number means something, and why the leaderboard can't be gamed.
A month at a glance
A heatmap calendar of your work. Click any day to see its whole story — every session, start to finish.
Race your friends
Start a Crew, send one link, and battle for the daily crown. Only nicknames and daily totals are shared — never what or when you worked.
Goals & streaks
Set a daily goal, up to 24 hours, and watch the bar fill. Work every day and the streak grows — hit seven and it gets lucky.
Offline is fine
Tracking is entirely local and needs no internet. Crew standings simply catch up when you're back online.
Crews
So… who's the hardest worker?
Start a crew, send your friends one link, and settle it with a live daily leaderboard. Fresh race every morning. The only things shared are nicknames and daily totals — the rest stays on everyone's own Mac.
Friends without the app can watch the leaderboard from the link — until the shame drives them to download it.
Know your number.
Download, drag to Applications, and look for the little smiley in your menu bar. That's the whole setup.
